Shipping Information

Bears & Bedtime invoices actual shipping plus a handling fee of up to $5 per box. Canada’s sales tax does not apply to orders shipped out of Canada. Harmonized Sales Tax will be charged where applicable on Canadian orders.

Canadian, US & International Orders: Prepayment only.

Shipping Method
Bears & Bedtime ships by Canada Post. Average shipping time is 7-14 days within Canada. Please allow 4-6 weeks delivery for US orders. Most orders will arrive before that time. Courier companies generally charge a much larger fee to clear your order through customs than the Post Office will. If you would prefer a courier shipment, shipping charges will be assessed accordingly.

Insurance
Canadian Orders: $1 for the first $100 and $.50 for every additional $100, or part thereof. US & International Orders: $1 per $100 or part thereof.

Customs & Duty
Duty for international orders is not controlled by Bears & Bedtime. This will be assessed by the Customs Department of YOUR country. On small shipments, there is usually no duty assessed.

Credit Card Payments & Currency & Exchange Information
The total amount of your bill will appear on your credit card statement in Canadian funds. The credit card company will convert it for you into the currency of your country, so that you will pay your bill in your own currency. If orders do not total more than $15, however, a $1 credit card processing charge will apply.
